①Design and molding

Because the gel coat has self-leveling properties, at the same time, the surface tension increases during curing. Under the action of the gel coat layer, there is a certain leveling effect. In this case, it is not suitable for expressing delicate textures. These should be considered during design. The original mold of Marble Sculpting can be shaped with mud, and ordinary molds are completed by professionals. After the stone carving work is completed, after natural drying and reaching a certain strength, the Marble Sculpting mold can be manufactured.
②Model reproduction
Generally, gypsum is used as the mold. If two pieces are needed under special circumstances, silicone molds can be used. Silicone abrasives can produce dozens of products. Model making ensures that the stone carver is experienced, so that the product will have greater integrity.
③Product production
First, clean and wax the plaster mold. Generally, a combination of diesel and floor wax is used, so that the molded product is better, cleaner, and easy to clean. The general principle of Marble Sculpting for the first time is not to be too thick, a little thinner, and a little thinner. It is advisable to wait for about 20 minutes to dry, then thicken the Marble Sculpting a little more and do the second brushing. ④Coloring treatment
